Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, the following conditions apply:

Return Request Timeline:
- You must submit a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that show any signs of use, wear, or damage.

Returns for Damaged Products

If you received a damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please follow the steps below:

Notification Timeline:
- You must notify us and submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Proof of Damage:
- You will be required to provide clear evidence of the damage, such as photographs or videos of the product and its packaging, for our review.
Exclusions:
- Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for returns or refunds. This is because our management assumes that damage occurring beyond this timeframe may have been caused by handling after delivery.
